Most beautiful places are reserved for those who imagine

Ever dreamt of Utopia? Ever heard of it? Of course not, because it does not exist. But, a wise man once dreamt something impossible and names it Utopia and although it is referred somewhere all the time in debates, lectures and philosophical writings, no one actually knows about it, because they believe and talk only things they can smell, touch, see, hear and taste. No one cares for the sixth sense, imagine. Have you heard of the sixth sense? No? Oh Fuck!!!

Never mind, for the ones who have this mysterious, not so common, not to be talked about sense, can easily comprehend the gravity of the topic of this article. Imagination, as the word suggests, is about thinking of new things, thinking of things that are not there or thinking of existing things but in a different way or perspective. Some people say that original motivation is impossible and whatever comes to us as an idea is basically the result of the processing our brain does of all the data we receive from our five senses. Hence, people discard the existence of the sixth sense. However, there is a small section of people who think that originality does exist and that we can create something from nothing. Is it possible? Physically no, but there are things which are not physical but we still believe in them.

If I can create things from scratch, I can literally create anything. Of course, they will not exist. They exist only in our mind, in some form that can be analyzed only by a brain. If it can be analyzed only by the brain that imagined it, is something I have not figured yet out. There is no technology for it yet. Someone tried to portray what we think on a filmstrip, but failed miserably. No processor in this world is faster than our brain and no graphic or video card is as good as our brain. If I can originally think of something, I can make things that I like. I can create the most beautiful of places, the sexiest of women, and the tastiest of food, as much money as I want. I can be the most handsome person, in fact the only man alive in a world full of women or I can be a person who eats all the time, but does not get fat or gets ill. I can create the ideal world. I can create Eutopia. Only, it will be only in my head. No one else can see it and sometimes, you can feel sad that you cannot share that with others, because no device exists to do so. Sometimes, I wish there would be an antenna on everyone, with which they could receive information in the form of brain waves. That would have solved a lot of problems.

But, if cannot create things from scratch, if what I imagine is not original, but a virtual plagiarism of ideas, morphed by our shrewd brain without telling us. Won’t that be wrong, everyone making ideas out of others’ ideas? What will happen to those who sincerely believe that their thoughts were original? They would be heartbroken. It will be worse than losing you hot girlfriend or getting your new car crashed by someone else. The mere thought of not being original will take away their imagination which was already not there. I pity those people.

However, there is a class of people, who think that imagination is not really necessary and things can be done well otherwise too. Also, they think that imagining things are really simple and given an opportunity, they can imagine things as well. But, that is only their imagination. For imagination, you need practice. You need to imagine in the right solid angle so as to finally fall into one of the points in it. And the farther you go, the more accurate you become, just like in Euclidean mathematics, the farther you go, the better resolution you have. The more you imagine, the better you get at imagining things you want to imagine. However, if you use your previous imagination to make a new one, then the new one will not be an imagination. It has to be a new one, maybe not physical at all, but new.

The worlds you make, the people you create, the profiles you make, the details you give, are like a random number generator. You make a new thing always, but with a fixed pattern, that they are random. It is very difficult to cross-reference any two imaginations. However, any place you create is beautiful in its own way. Because, people who imagine, go to beautiful places, or at least they think so.

in fact in my recent blog posts, I have been writing about this pattern existing with regards to our relationships and its nice to read how u bring that here in imagination as well:) I would like to stay with those ppl who believe that we can create!! there is a LOT in our mind. the thoughts have immense potential, they can RISE us or KILL us in moments..they may not be original, yet they get created:)
